Come enjoy world-renowned Priest Lake, crown jewel of Idaho's panhandle, from the comfort of a charming family cabin. Moose Hollow is centrally located among the lake's most sought after attractions providing unimpeded access to fantastic boating, hiking, fishing, sailing, dining, sight-seeing, and water sports. Located on the East Shore Road at mile 12, this property has it all.

On the water...discerning water skiers and wake boarders will enjoy glass-like conditions in the mornings and evenings with a private dock for the perfect drop after a successful session. Grab your tackle box and head due west to find world-class Mackinaw (lake trout) fishing not even 300 yards perpendicular to the beach. For those sailors in the group, catch some spray on a fully equipped 16' Hobie Cat - easy to operate and an absolute riot to sail. Moose Hollow also offers a canoe and kayak for those seeking a relaxing paddle to Bear Creek and the opportunity to spot Moose and other wildlife. As the afternoon winds down, enjoy scenic boating along Huckleberry Bay or head south for daiquiris and dinner at the award-winning Elkins Resort. Stay for dessert followed by live music and dancing.

Off the water...Moose Hollow provides quick access to the famed Lion's Head natural water slides and breath-taking hikes to destinations like Lookout Mountain's Watch Tower, both just a short drive north of the property. Head east to Mt. Roothaan & Chimney Rock, pick huckleberries along the way, or let Indian Creek's Forest Service suggest a custom tour with miles of mapped ranger trails. Don't forget to get a scoop of your favorite ice cream while stocking up on supplies and fuel at their campground store! If you have a sturdy pair of hiking shoes, drive to the Hunt Lake Trailhead which marks a 2-mile boulder climb to one of the most pristine glacial lakes in the United States jumping with cutthroat trout. Historic tours are also popular such as the 82' long shipwreck of "Tyee II", Nell Shipman's camp "Lionhead Lodge", or the 115 year-old Vinther-Nelson Cabin.  For the golfers in the group, enjoy a round or two at the Priest Lake golf course near Hill's Resort.  Finish a day full of adventure with S'mores at the beach front fire pit.

In the air...Sandpoint Seaplane Service offers transportation and tours.  Grab your camera and get an unbelievable view of the lake and Canada from the air with dockside service.  Or, you might get lucky and be here when West Plains Skydiving is offering rides and jumps from Cavanaugh Bay airstrip just 20 minutes away.

Moose Hollow has endless activities, entertainment, and relaxation for every type of vacationer. If you have any special requests or aspirations, just ask!!!
